  • The site that is up at this time is very unprofessional and should be redone or removed as soon as possible before it is viewed by to many positional investors.

  • Due to the type of information on this web sit. I truly believe it should be PASSWORD protected site and not on the web for public viewing.

  • The FINANCIAL information and the BUSINESS PLAN should be in one document, a  POWER POINT presentation, and not a PDF file.

  • The business plan needs  to be done in a much more professional manor. It should also include much more information. It was poorly done.

Fresh water crisis!

* 70% of the world is covered with water and less than 3% of this water is drinkably fresh.

* Rising water costs plus an increased world population puts fresh water at the top of a major conservation concern.

* By 2013, 36 states are expecting local, regional and statewide water shortages, even under non-drought conditions. (According to the United States Accounting Office.)

* In America between the dates 1950 and 2000 the population nearly doubled, however, in that same period of time American demand for water nearly tripled.

* Americans now use an average of 100 gallons of water each day. That’s enough to fill 1,600 drinking glasses.

* This increased demand has put additional stress on water supplies and distribution systems, threatening both human health and the environment.

* Because of the tremendous demand from the western states, the Colorado River no longer flows to the ocean.

* The Great Lakes’ states have passed legislation to conserve their precious water.

The History of the Dual-Flush Toilet

In 1980, because of a 10 year drought in Australia, the government issued a grant to a major Australian toilet manufacturer to develop the dual flush system. This system wasn’t developed last year, it was created 28 years ago!

Every MAJOR manufacturer, such as Kohler, American Standard, etc. sells a dual-flush toilet complete with the two-piece porcelain body, toilet seat and dual-flush interior. The average price of these complete toilets range $300-500.

The Problems: matching colors to the sink, and worrying about the footprint of the old toilet. On top of that, the removal of the previous system, you also have to bring in the new heavy porcelain, carry out the old and find a place to dispose of it as well as the land-fill problems.

Because this is a simple product, simple installation, very simple idea, know that this will revolutionize your own home!

The Evolution of the Water Flush Amounts of the Average Two-Piece Toilets Over the Years

If your toilet was manufactured:

Pre1982 ~ 5-7 Gallons per flush

1982 - 1990 ~ 3-5 Gallons per flush

1990-1994 ~ 1.6 - 3.5 Gallons per flush

1994 - 2008 ~ 1.6 Gallons per flush

2009 ~ 1.2 Gallons per flush

40% of all the water consumed in the home is used by the flushing of toilet water.

Toilet Wastewater Savings

In many places you are charged for wastewater based on the amount of water used. In some areas, wastewater charges are higher than water rates!

Replacing your old toilet can save water and wastewater. All water savings achieved by your new toilets will result in identical wastewater savings.

A recent study conducted in Seattle measured water use in single-family homes before and after installation of high efficiency toilets (DeOreo, et. al. 2001).

About half of the toilets installed were standard 1.6 gallon per flush (gpf) models. the other half were dual flush toilets that offer a 0.8 gallon flush for liquid and a 1.6 gallon flush for solids
