Ruth Magee

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Ruth is happily married to her special partner Jack. She still has family in Ontario, including two wonderful granddaughters. Prior to meeting Jack, she spent one year traveling, working and living throughout Europe.

For 12 years she and husband Jack traveled and started businesses in the Caribbean and South America…this makes them “blue water” sailors. During the time they spent living on the island of St. Maarten, and in addition to buying a business there, she was elected Treasurer (3 years in a row) for the largest Yacht Club and Regatta in the Caribbean.

With over 25 years of marketing and sales experience, Ruth prides herself in being a specialist in the real estate market in Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres, Florida. Being a member of NAR (National Association of REALTORS), FAR (Florida Association of REALTORS) and the Local REALTOR Association of Fort Myers and the Beach, gives her many opportunities to gain expertise by attending classes and seminars put on by these organizations. Ruth is an active member of a number of committees with the local Association, including Communications and the Affordable Housing committees.

Near and dear to her heart at this time is a new project...she and her husband are working on developing 14 acres of land into single family and condominium residences near the City of David in Panama, Central America.

Ruth believes that all of her endeavors have demanded a “hands on/get it done” approach which she utilizes through her enthusiastic approach to all clients. She is dedicated to the real estate market here in Southwest Florida and Central America and is proud of how she approaches each and every transaction with caring and commitment.

Martin Wallerstein

I am a trained fine artist with Bachelors and Masters degrees. I taught on both the public school level and University level in Connecticut for many years. I owned 2 successful businesses in Connecticut and also did a lot of creative home remodeling there before moving to Florida in 1979.

In 1979 I came to Florida as a partner in the Snug Harbor Restaurant on Fort Myers Beach, a very successful waterfront restaurant. I got out of the business in the early 80s and partnered up to build and market the Marina Village resort on Fort Myers Beach, one of the most successful time share resorts in the area. After the project was sold out I stayed on to manage of the project for several years. I was also elected President of the condo association for several years.

I got into Real Estate sales in 1986 with Century 21 AAIM Realty. I became the Top agent with the entire company within 2 years and have been the #1 agent with the company for nearly the past 20 years. I was #1 again in 2006.

I am a 20 time Centurion award winner and have been #1 on the Gulf Coast many times.

I pride myself on my vast knowledge of Commercial and Residential properties in South West Florida and my ability to help Buyers and Sellers make educated decisions.

I have continued to build and remodel homes in Florida and have completed many fine waterfront projects of my own and for Clients. There is lots of money to be made on home flips if you know and understand the market and it's trends.
