“It is not healthy for a local economy to have the middle income people priced out of its housing market”, says Lowenstine. That’s exactly what happened in Collier and Lee Counties. Lowenstine Enterprises was formed out of the need for single family homes in the $230,000-$350,000 price range.

Lowenstine Enterprises is a strong marketing arm for several sound local, family owned and operated builders.

Quality is a STANDARD—not an upgrade with our builders. The custom builders we’re affiliated with make all the difference in the value of the home. Our standard features are upgrades with most builders. Our homes are a “cut above” the standard/entry level home being built today.

Lowenstine Enterprises, and it's multi-lingual personnel will assist you with the choosing of a home site, a floor plan, color schemes, appliances, etc. We will handle  the paperwork necessary to buy your lot, assist with the mortgage application (if you need a mortgage) for a construction/permanent mortgage, contract with the builder, escrow deposits, and market and sell your home—if you are an investor.

As an investor, a sign goes up stating, “This House is Available at “Pre-Construction” Pricing. It is our’ goal to sell the home before it is completed. If needed,  MLS marketing will be used throughout the country.

 How Does Lowenstine Enterprises Get Paid?

When all transactions are completed, our client pays 15% of the net profit made keeping 85% for themselves.

*If you have a realtor or are a realtor (who is licensed) you will be compensated for the first referral as well as any subsequent referrals.

WE WILL DO IT ALL! We just ask that you fax us a copy of your realtor license and it will be noted on your client’s file. You will be compensated each time your client builds with Lowenstine Enterprises.
