Rene Perez, president and owner of New Century Home Builders, comes with many years of experience and has a proficient knowledge in all areas of construction. He is on-site along with his supervisors and employees to oversee all projects to assure complete satisfaction including meeting and enforcing the building codes after Hurricane Andrew, Charlie, and Wilma. His wife Lily assists with all the paperwork, and their son is one of the field supervisors.
